Interprofessional Collaboration for Improving Patient & Population Health Outcomes
This presentation was the collaboration between emergency department staff and myself. The project focuses on surveying emergency department nurses and determining what motivates them to stay within the organization.
This project focused on servant leadership. I spent half of my required hours at the Church Hill Free Clinic where I provided nursing care to uninsured indigent patients. I spent the rest of my required hours working with the Children’s ministry at West View Baptist Church.
This presentation focused on Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) and Patient Education. The presentation was the work of collaboration with other Nursing Administration (NA) students. The presentation focused on COPD prevention and the economic burden associated with the cost of care.
This paper focused on medication administration and the legal effects. I reviewed a case involving the American Nurses Association versus the California Department of Education that went to the Supreme Court of California.
